In The Heat of the Summer Session

Charm, personality and great humor echoed through Oldtown Sac as BLL Studio had the privilege of framing Mr. Presson’s unique charisma downtown in the early evening hours. There wasn’t a inch of texture, riverside or expression we didn’t explore. We had a blast, framed some artistic pieces and even got out a yoga move or two to create some atmospheric captures.

Special thanks to my right hand girl and beautiful daughter, Merenda, for making these sessions such a fun and lively experience.

Thank you Josh for lending your multi-faceted expressions….

Interpreting Life's Sonata

We found ourselves exploring every beautiful pathway of Jensen’s Botanical Garden in the quaint town of Fair Oaks, CA for this lovely accomplished musician’s Senior shoot. What an exceptional, natural backdrop to set the scene for any on location portrait sitting. It was a beautiful day to share with family surrounded by a multitude of florals, lots of laughter, filtered sun and a ton of color. We followed it up with a few shots in the studio.

The remainder of the images can be found in the proofing galleries in the Senior Portrait section. Be sure to enjoy the full slide show of the beautiful garden area that proved to be a gorgeous backdrop for this lovely senior at this special turning point in her life.

Reflecting and Moving Forward

There’s something incredibly invigorating for these graduating seniors when they’re at this milestone in life accomplishing such a right of passage into adulthood! I had the wonderful opportunity this last week to frame a wonderful musician who will be graduating in over a month. We explored the early evening hours hours over at the Folsom powerhouse rich in color and textures.

It was a beautiful day filled with friends and family and then we headed back to the studio to wrap things up.
